A Certified Women Owned Business, TTI has been supplying skilled talent to a variety of industries on a nationwide level. Today, industries we serve include Information Technology, Financial Services, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, and healthcare. Our portfolio of services, including Direct Placement, Contingent Staffing, Payroll Services and I/T Solutions, which enables TTI to service and partner with a variety of Fortune 500 companies.

Lisa Rizzuto Kennedy – Chief Executive Officer
Lisa Rizzuto Kennedy founded TTI of USA, Inc. in 1996 and is the Chief Executive Officer and President. Under her leadership, TTI was named one of Crain's New York's "Fast 50" companies, validating the company as a trusted resource in the industry. In 2013, driven by a passion to use TTI’s success to make a difference in the diversity and inclusion practices of American companies, Lisa launched a new division, TTI Diversity. With over 20 years of experience in staffing solutions for Fortune 500 companies, Lisa uses her extensive industry knowledge and distinguished business network to provide outstanding service to clients. Lisa understands the need to constantly adapt to the market and is known for delivering the right services at the right time when clients need support the most. Lisa prides herself on being an accessible CEO and is always happy to interact directly with clients.

Perry V. Capitani – Executive Vice President
Perry Capitani brings a wealth of experience in human resources to TTI Diversity, notably, his extensive background in the financial services industry. As Executive Vice President and Head of Strategic Planning and Management, Perry helps set new directions for TTI, as well as ensuring both effective and efficient operating processes company-wide.Prior to joining TTI in November 2012, Perry held a number of senior human resource management positions with several financial services companies, including Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, CIBC and TIAA-CREF. He began his career as a personal and financial planning specialist at an international accounting firm. Perry graduated from New York University’s undergraduate and graduate business schools and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.

John Sexton – Managing Director
John has over 25 years’ experience with a proven track record in management, new business development, customer relationships, strategic planning and tactical solutions. His responsibilities include vendor management, development of system parameters, and enhanced current operational procedures for recruiting and client delivery. John uses a hands on approach for client requests, problem resolution, and internal support to insure staffing initiatives meet or exceed client expectations. He is a Sigma Champion.
