TTI's Approach & Methodology

TTI takes a consultative approach to providing custom solutions for its clients. TTI’s methodology begins with an assessment of clients’ IT needs, and yields a comprehensive Standard TTI Analysis & Recommendations (STAR) document to determine the appropriate course to follow. The reason we take the time to do this is two-fold:

1. To appropriately define the areas in which an organization needs assistance and suggest the correct mix of products and services to meet that need; and,
2. To be used within the client’s organization to gain consensus and support for a project or IT initiative.

Each STAR document contains:

• Clearly defined IT objectives
• Important issues relating to these objectives which currently affect the client’s organization
• All possible solutions to these issues
• Recommendations of the correct TTI products and services to meet these objectives
