Lisa Kennedy
Lisa Kennedy founded TTI in 1996 after a successful career in the recruiting industry.
Building on her experience, Ms. Kennedy implemented a staffing business focused on building partnerships with her clientele and providing tremendous value to the client.
This vision guaranteed success in the highly competitive Financial Services marketplace. With a lengthy customer list, the
firm rapidly expanded into new arenas. Consulting and Managed Solutions were natural progressions from direct staffing.
Today, TTI enjoys exponential growth in all three of its focus areas. Ms. Kennedy's vision of a customer-focused enterprise
is now embodied by the Client Vendor Partnership Model, CVPM. CVPM is a methodology by which risk is quantified and managed
jointly by TTI and its clients.
As a New York State Certified Minority/Woman Owned Business Enterprise, TTI is eligible to provide services under any government, agency, or subcontractor diversity program. TTI is a M/WBE compliant vendor offering a complete range of managed solutions and placement services nationally.
Gina Herrera
Ms. Herrera has over 18 years of experience in the staffing industry specializing in sub-contracting. Throughout her career, Ms. Herrera has experience in implementing vendor management programs. Her team was responsible for increasing sales to more than $700 million by pioneering the "Procurement Solution" with major Telecommunication and Manufacturing Companies.
Prior to her joining TTI, Ms. Herrera capitalized on her outstanding performance and entrepreneurial abilities when she achieved a career goal and became founder and President of a successful Staffing firm. Prior to this, she worked as a technical recruiter for one of the top “10” Global Consulting Firms. Ms. Herrera has held positions as Recruiting Manager, Regional Recruiting Manager and Branch Manager for a $2 billion nationwide staffing firm.
Christopher Albert
Mr. Albert has been with TTI since 1998, and has over 15 years of experience managing successful sales organizations. He currently manages TTI’s Staffing Solutions Group. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, Mr. Albert has direct responsibility for managing a staff of recruiters, account managers, and administrative personnel for TTI’s New York Headquarters. Along with being accountable for overall production of direct staffing operations, he also has direct responsibility for managing internal staffing needs for all major projects.
Mr. Albert has experience in fast paced, high energy environments, dealing with large financial institutions, as well as small to mid sized corporations outside the financial industry. He has extensive experience in rate and salary negotiations with a portfolio of business experience as a change agent, market opportunist, and technology advocate. He possesses many of the professional attributes required to make a significant contribution to a growing organization.
Prior to joining TTI, Mr. Albert served as the Regional Vice President of Sales for a major energy cooperative in New York for 9 years.
