Candidate Presentation
- Qualified candidate resumes are presented to the hiring manager.
- Initial interviews are scheduled.
After the interview...
- The candidates are debriefed and an interest level is confirmed.
- The hiring manager is debriefed and an interest level is confirmed.
- Compensation is discussed and confirmed with all parties.
- If needed, additional interviews are scheduled.
Reference Checking
- References are checked to ensure accurate resume content.
- A criminal background check can be conducted if this service requested and or required.
Additional Candidate Follow Up
- A TTI recruiter will debrief the candidate after each interview to reassure a quality fit.
- Our candidates are prepped to accept the position if it is offered to them.
- Compensation is re-confirmed so there is no confusion.
Offer
- A verbal offer is made to the candidate.
- A start date is established.
- Agreements are reviewed and signed by all parties before the candidate begins their assignment and or employment.
Follow Up
- We follow up with you and the candidate to ensure satisfaction.
