Reference and Background Checks
We verify employment records on at least two previous employers for each of TTI's temporary or prospective employee. A disclosure statement, signed by the applicant permits us to obtain these references by telephone or mail. A background check on each employee is performed after they are on the job for two weeks. Additional background checking services are available and prices accordingly.

The Temp-to-Hire program allows you the time to watch our people on the job before making a long term commitment. If they excel, as we expect they will, they become full time members of your winning team. Until then, they are employees on the TTI payroll. This is a mutual beneficial arrangement.
The Temp-to-Hire feature works well for the prospective employees as well as the employers. Before joining your staff full time, they will get to know the business culture and philosophy. They will become familiar with your operations, your goals and projections for growth.
TTI's Temp Division is prepared to offer to transfer our employees to your payroll after 6 months at no additional charge.

At your request, TTI will provide you with monthly Management Reports outlining your usage of temporary help - detailing departmental usage, employee names, job classifications, and dates worked, number of hours billed, and invoice numbers. This service is at NO CHARGE to you.
